Yes it is ALL of the people living at your home the day you fill out the form. Although if you have children in college that live away from home you do not count them

I am reviewing agencies. I too am looking for a very active agency for foster to adopt of a young child 3-7 in the Phila area. Willing to adopt out of state, so will need to be foster licensed. if you can suggest any, please PM me.

Oh it's going to be fun - don't be overwhelmed!!! Just think about the ages of the kids and cater it to them. A lot of the Life Books were scrapbooks and photo albums - you can be very creative or you can just put an album together showing your future kids what his/her/their life is going to be...

no word yet....i wonder why ours always takes longer than everyone else's? i mean we usually get it around the 12th or 13th so i guess i shouldnt complain too much....but still, lol. Could be the cw that's delaying "approving" the invoice. We usually get ours 8 days after we turn it in,...
